Keith Scott Bio

Keith Scott is owner and lead consultant for KAS Consulting Group, a full-service human resources consulting, career/workforce and leadership development training company.  KAS provide a full-suite of HR and consulting services to clients including Fortune 1000 Companies, small businesses, government agencies and non profits.   

 

Keith Scott has over 25 years of experience in human resources, leadership and management consulting, career development and training.  In addition, he possesses strong experience in business and strategic planning, entrepreneur/business coaching and training, customer engagement, facilitation of workshops, seminars, and conferences for organizations and teams.

   

Mr. Scott is skilled at strategic staffing and retention of talent; change management; organizational leadership development; HR/cultural audits, succession planning, performance management and facilitation of collaborative teams that integrates diverse populations.  

 

As a HR leader working within environments undergoing change, reorganization and increased competition, Mr. Scott and his team demonstrated a unique ability to translate the organization’s mission and objectives into employee and customer-focused programs that have been key drivers of quality, cost, and performance improvement.

 

Mr. Scott earned a MS Degree in Human Resources and a BA Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.  He has completed entrepreneurial trainings at Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program, University of Texas and Southern Methodist University.  He earned certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Society of Human Resources Management, registered Master Level Professional Development Trainer and aCertified Mediator.
